Electro-photonics is a discipline studying emission of light (photons) from objects in electrical field. When electrons are excited by electrical field - they glow. This glow can be amplified by an avalanche effect in the gas surrounding the object. See GDV. Electro-photonic glow contains information about the object and can detect if object is alive.
